This is where the process really begins—and where a great lender makes all the difference. At Horizon Funding, we don’t leave you to figure things out on your own. From contract to closing, we coordinate every step, manage every detail, and make sure you always know exactly what’s happening.

Once your offer is accepted, we immediately begin pulling everything together behind the scenes:

  • We collect all available invoices and third-party fees upfront (from title, escrow, insurance, HOA, etc.) so we can generate an accurate Loan Estimate for you—not just a generic quote based on guesses like many lenders use early on.

  • We communicate with your real estate agent and escrow team to confirm timelines and required contract items

  • We organize the final documents needed for underwriting and submit your loan for full review

  • We keep you updated regularly so you're never in the dark about next steps

From here, our team works to keep your loan on track so you can focus on your move—not on chasing paperwork.
