We collect all available invoices and third-party fees upfront (from title, escrow, insurance, HOA, etc.) so we can generate an accurate Loan Estimate for you—not just a generic quote based on guesses like many lenders use early on.
We communicate with your real estate agent and escrow team to confirm timelines and required contract items
We organize the final documents needed for underwriting and submit your loan for full review
